LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Detective Tommy Houston arrested Kristen L. Hoke age 39 of London on Sunday morning February 2, 2025 approximately 4:59 AM.
The arrest occurred off Slate Lick Road approximately 2 miles north of London after Deputy Cody Blackwell and Deputy Gary Jordan were dispatched by London – Laurel County 911 Communication Ctr. to a stabbing complaint at 2:13 A.M..
Upon arrival at the scene deputies conducted an investigation and learned that allegedly an altercation occurred on the front lawn of the residence, when the accused stabbed the male victim under his armpit causing injury.
The accused left the scene, but was found nearby at a neighbor’s house. Ambulance Inc. of Laurel County assisted with the injured individual at the scene.
The victim was flown to UK Medical Center for treatment.
Kristen Hoke was charged with:
- Assault 1st degree
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
