MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson reports that on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, Deputy Dustin Henson executed a complaint warrant on Frankie Smith.
Deputy Dustin Henson made contact with and arrested the suspect, Frankie Dwayne Smith, age 42 of Manchester, KY on a complaint warrant alleging:
- CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 2ND DEGREE
- ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) MINOR INJURY
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
