MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 Deputy Luke Thomas arrested Amber Collins of Manchester, KY.
Deputy Thomas took Collins, age 31 of Manchester, KY taken into custody and she was transported her to the Clay County Detention Center.
Amber Collins was charged with:
- UNAUTHORIZED USE OF MOTOR VEHICLE-1ST OFFENSE
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
