LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Detective Tommy Houston arrested Dusty Wagoner age 32 of London on Tuesday night August 27, 2024 approximately 8:16 p.m.
The arrest occurred off Hopkins Cemetery Road, approximately 10 miles South of London, KY after this subject was charged on a Laurel Circuit Court bench warrant of arrest charging probation violation regarding charges of:
- Possession of a controlled substance – degree – first offense – methamphetamine
Dusty Wagoner was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
