LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Daniel Reed arrested Zachary Bompas age 28 of London on Thursday night August 15, 2024 at approximately 9:38 PM.
The arrest occurred on S. Laurel Rd., approximately 6 miles south of London after Deputy Reed conducted a traffic stop on a white Ford Ranger that he observed weaving on the roadway numerous times.
During the traffic stop and resulting investigation this individual was determined to be under the influence.
Zachary Bompas was charged with:
- Operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense
- License to be in possession
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
