ARABELLA DESERA ROY, age 18 (Bell County Ky. Sheriff's Department)

MISSING GIRL LOCATED SAFE IN EARLY JUNE, ARABELLA DESERA ROY DISAPPEARED FROM MIDDLESBORO, KENTUCKY ON NOVEMBER 9, 2023

PINEVILLE, KY - The Bell County Ky. Sheriff's Department has reported that early Saturday morning June 8, 2024, Bell County Chief Deputy Jared Smith and Deputy Hunter Luttrell had located a female teenager that went missing in Middlesboro on Thursday, November 9, 2023.

Chief Deputy Smith and Deputy Luttrell reported locating and making contact with Arabella Desera Roy, age 18.

According to the deputies, Arabella was safe and her mother had been informed of her being located.

The Sheriff's Department extended a "thank you" to everyone who submitted tips in helping find Arabella.

PINEVILLE, KY - According to the Bell County, Ky. Sheriff's Department Facebook page, a teenage girl has been missing since Thursday, November 9, 2023, after just getting off the school bus in Middlesboro, Kentucky.

Arabella Desera Roy has a history of medical conditions requiring medications that she left home without.

Arabella is described as:

  • An 18-year-old white female
  • 5"3' tall
  • Weighing 120 lbs.
  • Brown hair
  • Blue eyes
  • Wearing glasses or contacts
