MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on Sunday, July 28, 2024, Sheriff's Deputy Dustin Henson was dispatched to Sibert’s Grocery off old KY 80 in reference to a couple of individuals attacking another person.
Upon arrival at the scene Deputy Henson began conducting an investigation.
After speaking with the victim and reviewing camera footage, Deputy Henson arrested Billy Austin Buttery, age 24 of Manchester, KY.
Billy Buttery was charged with:
- Assault 2nd Degree
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
