MANCHESTER, KY - Manchester Police Chief Jeff Couch is reporting that MPD Officer Jared Smith arrested Brian Abner, age 40, of Manchester on Friday, July 26, 2024.
Officer Smith arrested Abner when he was discovered with property in his possession that had been stolen from Allen’s towing earlier Friday morning and was attempting to pawn the property.
During the investigation, it was also learned that Mr. Abner was wanted on a Pulaski County bench warrant.
The arrested suspect was transported to the Clay County Detention Center.
Brian Abner was charged with:
- Receiving stolen property
- Pulaski County bench warrant
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
