LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Tommy Houston arrested Ian Hitsman, age 37 of Corbin, KY on Saturday night June 22, 2024 at approximately 12:57 PM.
The arrest occurred off Pine Grove Road, approximately 10 miles South of London after deputies were dispatched by London–Laurel County 911 Communications Ctr. to a domestic complaint.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies conducted an investigation with a female subject there who advised that a verbal argument became physical when a male subject there shoved the female subject down.
Ian Hitsman was charged with:
- Assault – 4th degree
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
