MANCHESTER, KY - According to the Clay County Sheriff's Office: Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting CCSO arrests in Clay County from Thursday, June 20th, through Friday, June 21, 2024.
To the best of our knowledge these arrests were unrelated.
The arrests were announced by the Clay County Sheriff's Office via social media.
- 1. On 6/20/24, Deputy Patrick Smith arrested Kevin Eldridge on a complaint warrant for Assault 4th Degree and Menacing.
- 2. Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, assisted by Deputy Dewey Grubb stopped Millard Wagers on 6/21/24, for expired tags and discovered Wagers was DUI suspended license. When placing Wagers under arrest, Wagers had ammunition in his pocket and a loaded rifle under the seat. Wagers is a convicted felon. Wagers is charged with Possession of a Defaced Firearm, Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon, Driving on DUI Suspended License, Failure to Register Transfer of Motor Vehicle, Failure to Produce Insurance Card, and Failure of Owner to Maintain Required Insurance/Sec.
