PINEVILLE, KY - Bell County Sheriff's Department (BCSD) is seeking assistance from the public in locating a man that's been missing since Monday.
Roscoe Belcher, age 71 has been missing from Cowfork Road in the Beverly community since Monday, June 3, 2024.
Mr. Belcher is described as 5'9", 160 lbs., with brown eyes and brown hair, and has blue-ink cross tattoos possibly on a hand or finger.
He is known to hike in the mountains.
