LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Zach Allen arrested David Asher, age 49 of London on Friday night April 19, 2024 at approximately 7:02 PM.
The arrest occurred off O and W Ln., approximately 2 miles South of London after this subject was charged on a Laurel District Court complaint warrant of arrest charging:
- Terroristic threatening – third-degree
- Criminal mischief – third-degree
- Criminal trespassing – second-degree
In addition, the subject was charged on a Laurel District Court complaint warrant of arrest charging:
- Attempted criminal mischief – first-degree
- Attempted terroristic threatening – third-degree
Also, the subject was charged on a Laurel District Court complaint warrant of arrest charging:
- Attempted terroristic threatening – third-degree
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
