LONDON, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that leads were developed on the whereabouts of the accused and in less than 24 hours after the "Sheriff's Most Wanted" release on Monday, February 5, 2024, both suspects had been arrested.
Jessica Justice age 33 and Kenneth Taylor age 37 were taken into custody and transported to the Laurel Correctional Center.
Jessica Justice was charged with:
- RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY $10,000 OR MORE
This individual was lodged in the Laurel Correctional Center.

Kenneth Taylor was charged with:
- RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY $10,000 OR MORE
This individual was lodged in the Laurel Correctional Center.

The suspects were wanted for using a stolen debit card and receiving stolen property with a theft value is over $25,000.
