MANCHESTER, KY - According to the Clay County Sheriffs Office, Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that in the early morning of Friday, February 2, 2024, Deputy Wes Brumley executed a warrant on Jeffery Smith.
Deputy Brumley arrested Jeffery Smith, age 47 of Manchester, KY and the subject was transported to the Clay County Detention Center.
Jeffery Smith was charged with:
- TERRORISTIC THREATENING-3RD DEGREE
- WANTON ENDANGERMENT-2ND DEGREE
- MENACING
This individual was lodged in the the Clay County Detention Center.
