SYMSONIA, KY - The Graves County Sheriff's Office is reporting that a traffic stop led to the arrest of a Junction City man on drug charges.
On Sunday, December 17, 2023 at approximately 3:50 PM, Deputy Larry Jones conducted a traffic stop on KY 131 in the Symsonia community of Graves County.
During the stop it was determined that the operator, Robert Cody Scott, 27 of Junction City, KY had an active warrant for his arrest out of Grayson County, KY for:
- Wanton Endangerment in the 1st Degree
Scott was arrested and Methamphetamine was located in the driver’s floorboard of the vehicle he was driving.
Robert Cody Scott was charged with:
- Traffic offenses
- Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree – Methamphetamine
- Drug Paraphernalia – Buy/Possess
- The Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree out of Grayson County
This individual was transported to the Graves County RC Center and then to an out of county facility.
