LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Austyn Weddle arrested two individuals on Monday evening December 18, 2023 at approximately 5:27 PM.
The arrests occurred off McWhorter Road approximately 2 miles east of London after information was developed on the whereabouts of two individuals wanted on outstanding warrants.
Upon arrival at the scene Deputy Weddle located the two suspects and determined both were wanted on indictment warrants.
Upon arrest one of the individuals was found in possession of suspected Methamphetamine. The two arrested individuals were identified as: Terry Hubbard age 51 of Clark Lane, Lily, KY and Angela Howard age 38 of London Village, London, KY

Terry Hubbard was charged on a Laurel Circuit Court indictment warrant of arrest charging:
- Possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – Methamphetamine
In addition, upon arrest this individual was found in possession of suspected Methamphetamine and was additionally charged with:
- Possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – second offense – Methamphetamine
This individual stated he found the bag of dope on the side of the road.
Angela Howard was charged on a Laurel Circuit Court indictment warrant of arrest charging:
- Trafficking in a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – Methamphetamine
These two individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
