LONDON, KY (November 18, 2023) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that K-9 Deputy Brian France with his K-9 "Maverick" earned their "Dual Purpose" re-certification with the National Narcotic Detector Dog Association (NNDDA) this week in Paris, Tennessee.
