LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Zach Allen arrested Ted Rodgers, age 48 of Frankfort, on October 4 at a church north of London, KY.
The arrest occurred after deputies received and investigated a complaint of a male and female being inside the church acting inappropriately.
After arrival at the scene and upon investigation, Deputy Allen smelled a strong odor of alcoholic beverages on Rodgers.
This individual admitted to drinking beer and liquor earlier in the day, he was taken into cutody and transported to the Laurel County Correctional Center.
Ted Rodgers was charged with:
- ALCOHOL INTOX IN A PUBLIC PLACE (1ST & 2ND OFFENSE
Rodgers was also charged with:
- Two warrants, including one for Felony Flagrant Non-Support from Franklin County
This individual was was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
