KSP Cancels Missing Persons Investigation of a Clay County, Kentucky Child

MANCHESTER, KY - The Kentucky State Police (KSP) is reporting that the Amber Alert issued in Clay County for an 11 month-old child has been cancelled.

According to KSP Post 11, London, Legend Gibson age 11 months of Clay County has been returned safely.

MANCHESTER, Ky. (August 24, 2023) – Kentucky State Police Post 11 is actively investigating a missing persons investigation of a Clay County child.

The missing Clay County child is believed to have been taken by his non-custodial parent. Sarah Brumley and Dustin Gibson both of Clay County

 Legend Gibson is an 11-month-old child with blond hair and blue eyes.

Parents were last known to be driving 2010 Lincoln MKZ white in color.

Trooper Justin Vanhook is continuing the investigation.
