LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Wes Brown arrested Roger Roark age 47 of London on Wednesday night August 16, 2023 at approximately 10:20 PM.
The arrest occurred on KY 770 approximately 9 miles South of London following a traffic stop conducted on a white colored Ford F-150 that failed to stop at a red traffic light.
During the traffic stop it was determined that the driver, Roger Roark was operating on a DUI suspended license and operating the motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device.
Roger Roark was charged with:
- Driving on a DUI suspended license – first offense
- Disregarding traffic control device – traffic light
- Operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
