LONDON, KY (May 24, 2023) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Stephen Walker along with Deputy Noah Ritchie arrested Dustin Wayne Valentine age 38 of London on Sunday night May 21, 2023 at approximately 9:58 PM.
The arrest occurred off Blackwater Church Road, approximately 16 miles east of London after deputies were dispatched to a disturbance complaint there.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies learned that allegedly a male subject there had grabbed a female subject by the shirt collar and dragged her out of the car there.
Deputies noted red marks on the female victim’s neck.
Dustin Valentine was charged with:
- Assault – 4th degree
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
