MENIFEE COUNTY, KY - According to the Menifee County Sheriff’s Office, on Sunday March 26, 2023 a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle operated by a male subject for speeding 15 MPH over the limit, resulting in an investigation.
As the investigation progressed, the subject was identified as Carlos E. Dobson, 42 of Richmond, KY.
K-9 "Everest" was deployed and assisted in locating a large quantity of suspected Methamphetamine and suspected Heroin.

Carlos Dobson was charged with the following:
- Speeding 15 MPH over the limit
- Failure to Produce Insurance Card
- Trafficking in Cont. Substance, 1st degree > 2GMS Methamphetamine
- Poss. Cont. Substance Heroin
- Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess
