LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Stephen Walker along with Deputy Josh Velasco arrested Kimberly Lovins age 34 of Manchester on Thursday night February 23, 2023 at approximately 8:10 PM.
The arrest occurred off Old Way Road, approximately 4 miles east of London after this Kimberly Lovins was charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of:
- Operating on suspended or revoked operator's license
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
