LONDON, KY (May 16, 2022) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's K-9 Detective Jake Miller along with Major Chuck Johnson, Detective Bryon Lawson, Detective Robert Reed, and Deputy Greg Poynter arrested three subjects on Friday afternoon May 13, 2022 at approximately 2:17 PM.
The arrests occurred at a residence off Pine Grove School Road, approximately 3 miles South of London while deputies were investigating a drug complaint there.
Deputies found suspected Methamphetamine and Heroin in the residence and charged three individuals identified as:
Heather Rast age 27 of Pine Grove School Road, London, KY charged with:
- Possession of a controlled substance – third-degree – first offense – Heroin
Lance Rast age 36 of Pine Grove School Road, London, KY charged with:
- Possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – Heroin
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
Christopher Laster age 46 of John Parker Road, Lily, KY charged with:
- Possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – Methamphetamine
All three individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
