MANCHESTER, KY (May 5,2021) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on May 4, 2021 at approximately 10:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Kelly Johnson along with Deputy Jared Smith arrested Melanie Azizpour, 45 of Warrior Hill.
The arrest occurred on North Highway 421 when Deputies received a complaint of a woman standing in the middle of the roadway.
Upon arrival, Deputies made contact with the above mentioned subject who was determined to be manifestly under the influence of intoxicants.
Melanie Azizpour was charged with:
• Public Intoxication of a Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
