LONDON, KY (December 27, 2020) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Charlie Johnson along with Deputy Dylan Messer arrested Ashley N. Lewis age 24 of Lily on Saturday afternoon December 26, 2020 at approximately 1:06 PM.
The arrest occurred off Laurel Whitley Road, approximately 6 miles South of London after deputies were dispatched to a disturbance complaint there.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies learned that a verbal altercation between two female subjects became physical when one female subject there allegedly struck the other in the face and mouth with her fists.
Deputies also learned that this individual had an outstanding bench warrant.
Ashley N. Lewis was charged with:
- Assault – 4th Degree
This subject was also charged on a Clay District Court bench warrant of arrest charging:
- Failure to charges of Terroristic threatening – Third-degree
- Menacing
This individual Laurel County Correctional Center.
