Anthony Rawlings/Clay County Detention Center
MANCHESTER, KY -(July 6, 2020) - The Clay County Sheriff's Office is reporting that: On July 6, 2020 at approximately 12:30 PM Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones along with Sheriff Patrick Robinson arrested Anthony Rawlings, 47 of Rawlings Road.
The arrest occurred when Chief Jones and Sheriff Robinson were dispatched to a complaint on Rawlings Road of an out of control male.
Upon arrival, Chief Deputy Jones conducted an investigation into the disturbance at which time the above mentioned subject was placed under arrest without incident.
Anthony Rawlings was charged with:
• Menacing
• Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree
