Man wanted in 3 Kentucky counties including Clay arrested during Burglary Investigation

MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on April 13, 2020 at approximately 1:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Paul Michael Whitehead along with CSO Supervisor Dewey Grubb, CSO Deputy Shawn Curry and CSO Deputy Darrell Goins arrested Donny Byrd, 31 of Woodbine Drive.

The arrest occurred when Deputies conducted an investigation on the above mentioned subject who had previously went to numerous residences and took items from different homeowners on North Highway 421.

Through confirmation it showed the subject had active warrants for his arrest out of Jackson and Laurel County along with two Clay County Warrants of Arrest for Theft and Burglary. 

Donny Byrd, 31 was charged with:

• Serving Bench Warrant for Court (Jackson County)
• Serving Bench Warrant for Court (Laurel County)
• Serving Clay County Warrant of Arrest
• Serving Clay County Warrant of Arrest
