MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on March 2, 2020 at approximately 1:30 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Jared Smith arrested Willie Mosley, 50 of Mosley Drive.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Smith was dispatched to a complaint on Highway 1524 of two male subjects fighting.
Upon arrival, Deputy Smith made contact with the above mentioned subject who showed signs of impairment.
Through investigation it was determined the subject was under the influence, it was also determined that the subject was involved in a physical altercation with the home owner.
Willie Mosley was charged with
• Assault 4th Degree, Minor Injury
• Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
