KSP Charges Kenton Co. Man With Child Sexual Exploitation Offenses

ERLANGER, Ky. (March 2, 2020)  On February 27, 2020, at approximately 4:56 p.m., the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested David Fraley, 50, on charges related to promoting a minor in a sexual performance.

Fraley was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering the suspect directing a minor to produce and send nude images online. 

The investigation resulted in a search warrant at a residence in Erlanger on February 27, 2020. Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination. The investigation is ongoing.

Fraley is currently charged with:

  • One count of promoting a minor in a sexual performance.

This charge is a Class-B felony punishable by ten to twenty years in prison. 

Fraley was lodged in the Kenton County Detention Center.
