MANCHESTER, KY - The Manchester Police Department is reporting that: On Wednesday, December 25, 2019 at approximately 11:40 PM Officer Chris Curry initiated a traffic stop on Lee Tyler Brown for traffic violations
Upon issuing citations and towing the vehicle, Mr. Brown appeared anxious and very nervous.
K9 Officer Ryan Jackson was called to the scene for the purpose of running MPD K9 Zeus (pictured left) around the vehicle for possible drug involvement.
K9 Zeus alerted on the vehicle. At this time K9 Officer Ryan Jackson along with Officers Chris Curry and Wes Wolfe conducted a search.
During the search, Officers located digital scales and what appeared to be Methamphetamine.
Lee Tyler Brown was charged with:
- Possession of control sub 1st degree 1st offense
