Bryants Store, Ky. (December 25, 2019) - The Knox County Sheriff's Department is reporting that: On Friday, December 20, 2019 Knox County Sheriff Mike Smith and several deputies conducted a search at the residence of Denver Abner on Highway 1809 in the Bryants Store area of Knox County.
The search was a culmination of an investigation into multiple complaints of drug trafficking from residents in the area.
Located during the search was:
- More than a pound of Marijuana
- Plastic baggies
- A set of scales
- A large sum of cash
- Two loaded handguns
Denver R. Abner age 69 of Bryants Store, KY was arrested and charged with:
- Trafficking in Marijuana-over 8 ounces
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Denver Abner was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
