Clay County, Ky. (December 24, 2019) - The Clay County Sheriff's Office is reporting that: On Monday, December 23, 2019 at approximately 2:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson arrested Danny Shawn Lovins, 40 of Manchester.
The arrest occurred when Sheriff Robinson located a male subject inside a business on Highway 80.
Upon contact with the male subject, his information was ran where it was confirmed the subject had an active warrant for his arrest.
Danny Shawn Lovins was charged with:
• Serving Bench Warrant for Court
