Clay County, Ky. (December 20, 2019) - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on December 19, 2019 at approximately 12:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Wes Brumley arrested Jason Carpenter, 37 of Crawfish Road.
The arrest occurred on Highway 80, when Deputy Brumley was conducting routine patrol when he came into contact with the subject.
Through confirmation with Clay County Dispatch it was confirmed that the subject had an active warrant for his arrest through Clay County District Court for charges pertaining to Burglary and Theft.
Jason Carpenter was charged with:
• Burglary (Warrant of Arrest)
• Theft by Unlawful Taking (Warrant of Arrest)
