MANCHESTER, KY (December 20, 2019) - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on December 18, 2019 at approximately 3:15 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Cody Blackwell along with Clay County Sheriff SRO Kendric Smith arrested James Edwards, 47 of Highway 638.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Blackwell was dispatched to a complaint at Beech Creek Apartments in reference to a male subject trespassing on the property.
Upon arrival, Deputy Blackwell conducted an investigation and determined the subject had been trespassed previously from the property.
James Edwards was charged with:
• Criminal Trespassing, 3rd Degree
