LONDON, KY (Sept. 24, 2019) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Bailiff Tony Anders along with Bailiff Daniel Reed and CSO Judy Morgan arrested two individuals on Monday afternoon September 23, 2019 at approximately 12:47 PM.
The arrests occurred at the Laurel County Judicial Center in the Laurel District Court Room in London, KY after these two individuals were determined to be under the influence – both stated they had taken Suboxone earlier.
The two arrested individuals were identified as:
Elvis Pennington age 40 of Hyden, KY charged with:
- Public intoxication – controlled substances
April Eversole age 45 of Hyden, KY charged with:
- Public intoxication – controlled substances
These two individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
