Laurel County, Ky. (Sept. 23, 2019) - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Taylor McDaniel arrested Terry Parsley age 24 of London early Sunday morning September 22, 2019 at approximately 12:32 AM.
The arrest occurred off Taylor school Road, approximately 12 miles east of London after this subject was found with industrial hemp not belonging to him apparently taken from a field there.
Terry Parsley was charged with:
- Theft by unlawful taking under $500
- Trafficking industrial hemp first offense
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
