Laurel County Ky. (Sept.15, 2019) - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Gary Mehler along with Sgt. Greg Poynter, Deputy Jake Miller, Deputy Travis Napier, Deputy Joey Robinson, and Deputy Allen Turner arrested Joseph C. Baughman age 35 of London on Friday night September 13, 2019 at approximately 8:28 PM.
The arrest occurred at Byrd Trailer Park approximately 3 miles north of London after this subject was determined to be a wanted fugitive.
Joseph C. Baughman was wanted out of Washington County, Pennsylvania on a parole violation warrant charging:
- Forgery
- Identity theft
- Retail theft
- Theft by deception
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center and will be extradited back to Pennsylvania.
