Clay County, Ky. (Sept. 12, 2019) - The City Of Manchester Fire Department is reporting that: At 10:13 AM on Thursday, Sept. 12, 2019 Manchester & Lockard’s Creek Fire Units were dispatched by Clay County 911 to a possible structure fire on Goodman Road.
Upon arrival Units determined that the fire was in the attic and wall area from a previous fire that was stopped by Emergency Personnel on Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2019.
Units made entry both times and extinguished the fire using both water and foam.
While on scene one member suffered from over heating and was transported to AdventHeath Manchester by Clay County EMS.
Units then cleared the scene with no further incident.
