INDIANAPOLIS (September 6, 2019) – Seven Corners Inc., an innovative international travel insurance and specialty benefit management company, today announces its Bureau of Prisons (BOP) division was recently selected by the Federal BOP to continue to serve as the Comprehensive Medical Services contractor for inmates housed at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) in Manchester, Kentucky.
The renewed contract begins Oct. 1, 2019 and will continue until 2024. Seven Corners is contracted to provide off-site health care services and manage provider relationships for the federal correctional institution. FCI Manchester houses approximately 1,035 male inmates daily and is one of five federal prisons in the state of Kentucky. Seven Corners is the health care provider for three of the five facilities.
With the extension of their work with FCI Manchester, Seven Corners holds 18 BOP contracts and services nearly 26,000 federal inmates nationwide. Inmates at FCI Manchester will receive quality care from a Comprehensive Provider Network, including Acute Care Centers, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Long Term Acute Care Centers, Critical Access Hospitals and Specialty Physicians in the Manchester community.
