Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on August 29, 2019 at approximately 12:30 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Wes Brumley arrested Jeff Lively, 50 of Chad McWhorter Road.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Brumley was dispatched to a complaint of a possible automobile accident on Gum Branch Road.
Upon arrival Deputy Brumley made contact with the above mentioned subject who had a strong odor of alcohol was emitting from the individual.
Through investigation it was determined the subject was under the influence of alcohol.
Jeffery Lively was charged with:
• Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence ALC/DRUGS/ETC.
• Failure to Produce Insurance Card
