Laurel deputies arrest 3 at Corbin Manor

Laurel County, Ky. -  Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Detective Kyle Gray along with Deputy Jamie Etherton, Capt. Kevin Berry, and Bailiff Roy Ball arrested three individuals at Corbin Manor Apartments, off American greeting card Road approximately 10 miles South of London on Wednesday afternoon August 28, 2019 at approximately 3:14 PM.

The arrests occurred while deputies were conducting a complaint investigation there.  Deputies located three individuals there in possession of drug paraphernalia.

In addition, while conducting their investigation, they determined the three individuals had apparently caused damage inside the apartment also. One of the three individuals was wanted on outstanding warrants.

The three arrested individuals were identified as:

Victor K. Nolan age 41 of Corbin charged with:

  • Possession of drug paraphernalia; criminal mischief – second-degree
  • A Whitley District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of theft by unlawful taking – shoplifting
  • A Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of theft by unlawful taking under $500

Larry Nolan age 65 of Corbin charged with:

  • Possession of drug paraphernalia; criminal mischief – second-degree

Zolan Ann Nolan age 59 of Corbin charged with:

  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Criminal mischief – second-degree

All three individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
