Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Allen Turner along with Deputy Joey Robinson and Deputy Gary Mehler arrested David E. Tallent age 43 of Corbin on Saturday night August 24, 2019 at approximately 8:25 PM.
The arrest occurred off Pine Grove Road, approximately 12 miles South of London after deputies were dispatched to a disturbance complaint there.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies learned that this subject had allegedly smacked a female there causing an abrasion and scratch on her face.
David Tallent was charged with:
- Assault – 4th degree
This subject was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
