Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on August 22, 2019 at approximately 10:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston arrested Juliet Gregory, 36 of Goodman Lane.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Houston received a complaint through dispatch of an intoxicated female passed out on a porch of a residence on Goodman Lane.
Upon arrival Deputy Houston came into contact with Animal Control Officials who were on scene prior to the arrival of Deputy Houston investigating a separate complaint.
Animal Control Officials stated to Deputy Houston that they had trouble waking the female up and she had a visible syringe inserted in her leg.
Deputy Houston located a white crystal like substance and another syringe that the female verbally claimed as hers.
Juliet Gregory was charged with:
- Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
- Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess
- Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Degree (methamphetamine)
