LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Detective Sgt. Chris Edwards along with Major Chuck Johnson, Detective James Sizemore, and Detective Kyle Gray arrested Kevin Ray Stinson age 45 of Berea, KY on Monday morning August 19, 2019 at approximately 11:18 AM.
The arrest occurred in London after the Sheriff's office conducted an investigation after a female victim reported an alleged sexual assault.
Kevin Ray Stinson was charged with:
- Rape – First-Degree
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
