Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on August 17, 2019 at approximately 1:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston arrested Jonathan Hibbard, 43 of Paw Paw Road.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Houston received a complaint of a possible intoxicated male driver on Paw Paw Road.
Deputy Houston made contact with the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop for vehicle infractions.
Deputy Houston conducted an investigation at which time it was determined the subject was under the influence of intoxicants.
The driver verbally admitted to using Methamphetamine earlier this date along with Suboxone.
Johnathan Hibbard was charged with:
- Operating Motor vehicle under the influence of ALC/DRUGS/ETC
- Failure to Wear Seat Belt
- Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess
