Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on August, 11 2019 at approximately 9:50 AM Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones and Clay County CSO Coty Arnold arrested Betty Russell, 28 of Manchester.
The arrest occurred when Chief Deputy Jones was dispatched to a complaint at Arrowhead Court where the above mentioned subject was refusing to leave the property.
Upon arrival Chief Deputy Jones located the female, through investigation it was determined that the female individual had been preciously trespassed by rental owners and was not allowed back on the property.
Betty Russell was charged with:
- Criminal Trespass- 2nd Degree
