LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's CSO Dennis Gilbert along with CSO Judy Morgan, and CSO Joey Andes arrested Brenda Lee Taylor age 53 of London on Friday afternoon August 2, 2019 at approximately 12:15 PM.
The arrest occurred at the Laurel County Judicial Center at the Laurel County Sheriff's office security checkpoint in London after this subject was found in possession of five pills and suspected methamphetamine.
An investigation was conducted and this individual was determined to be under the influence.
Brenda Lee Taylor was charged with:
- Public intoxication – controlled substances
- Prescription controlled substances not in a container
- Possession of a controlled substance
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
