Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Jamie Etherton and Lieutenant Robbie Grimes are investigating a fatal vehicle collision that occurred on Tuesday July 23, 2019 at approximately 8:00 AM.
The collision occurred on Glenview Rd approximately 1 mile NW of London. The vehicle was traveling west bound on Glenview Road when the right side of the vehicle dropped off the roadway and into a ditch. The driver apparently over corrected causing the vehicle to slide across the roadway striking a tree.
No passengers were inside the vehicle.
The driver was identified as 22 year old Katelyn Victoria Combs of London, KY.
