DUI arrest at crash scene in Clay County

Clay County, Ky. -  Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on July 22, 2019 at approximately 7:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Detective Jeff Kelsey along with CSO Supervisor Dewey Grubb arrested Michael Harris, 37 of Tyner.

The arrest occurred when Deputies were dispatched to an automobile accident on North Highway 421.

Upon arrival Det. Kelsey came into contact with the subject, through investigation it was determined the subject was operating the motor vehicle under the influence. 

Michael Harris was charged with:

  • Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of ALC/DRUGS/ETC. .08 2nd Offense
